Building a life in Thailand looks different for every woman. Some have just arrived, some have called Thailand home for years, and for others, it has always been home. But wherever we come from, having meaningful connections, trusted people to turn to, and a sense of belonging can make all the difference.
The Collective Thailand exists to bring those women together.
We believe that belonging is built through the connections we create, the experiences we share, and the ways we support one another. By bringing women together, sharing trusted knowledge, and creating opportunities to connect, we want to create a place where women can build meaningful relationships, discover new experiences, and feel part of something — moving from simply finding your way to truly finding your place.

Juli Arroyave
The Collective Thailand has been bringing women together for years. Today, Juli is leading its next chapter — building on what already exists while shaping a new vision for what the community can become.
Originally from Colombia, Juli has built a life across different countries and cultures before making Thailand home. Her own experiences have shaped her belief in the power of meaningful connections — and in creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to contribute.
